YJA graduates

Past YJA participants can keep in touch with each other and receive continued career advice and media training opportunities by joining the YJA graduates network. As YJA graduate Camille St-Omer said: ‘One of the best things about the YJA is meeting lots of like-minded teenagers… It means we can all keep in touch through the weeks and months ahead and encourage one another, too – that kind of circle is really useful and important.’

Journalism ambassadors

Are you a YJA graduate? Would you like to inspire peers in your school or community to pursue their dreams of becoming journalists? Then you should become a YJA journalism ambassador.

Journalism ambassadors are YJA graduates who receive extra media training so that they can run inspirational workshops for aspiring reporters in their own communities.
